The administration, faculty and staff of the College of Nursing at the University of North Alabama (UNA) are please to announce that, beginning fall 2014 all graduate courses associated with the masters of science in nursing (MSN) will be offered online through UNA. At its March meeting, the Alabama Commission on Higher Education unanimously approved the dissolution of the partnership between UNA and Jacksonville State University (JSU). Students electing not to take courses at JSU this summer will be given the opportunity to take those courses at UNA during the summer 2015.

The MSN program of study has been revised to reflect current practice and nursing education accreditation standards. The revised program of study for the MSN tracks, Education and Leadership, is available on our website at http://ixrh.60654a.com/nursing/msn-online/index.html.Questions concerning this revision or the MSN program may be directed to Dr. Wendy Darby, Director of the MSN Program at wadarby@60654a.com.
